TJS Annual Prize is granted anually to two students of any year who gather the largest number of big points in this year. In case of even number of big points, small points are taken into consideration. Student can win TJS Annual Prize more than once during studies.

Big points are granted for:

• Presentation Match: 3 points for winning to every of the presenting author, 1 point to every preseneting author in case of draw.
• Congress presentation: 10 points
• Paper published in impacted journal: 30 points.
• 10 operations from The Operation Log can be exchanged for 1 point.
• Top Ten score in each of the tasks from Skill Facultatives will be granted with: 1st place: 3 points, 2nd place: 2 points, 3rd place: 1 point.
• Functions in the Board of The Surgical Club: President: 10 points, V-ce President: 5 points.
• 10 small points can be exchanged for 1 big point.

Small points are granted for:

• Presentation Match: number of votes received.
• Number of operations not changed into big points.
• Number of The Club meetings attended.
• Number of Facultative Courses meetings attended.
• All additional but not essential (for ED4, ED5) points collected (lecture points, activity points during the course)
• Top Ten scores in each tasks: 4th - 7pts, 5th - 6pts, 6th - 5 pts, 7th - 4pts, 8th - 3 pts, 9th - 2 pts, 10th - 1 pt.
